Mt. Auburn Community Development Corporation
Investing in housing, green spaces, and community.
Building a Stronger Mt. Auburn Together
The Mt. Auburn Community Development Corporation (MACDC) works alongside residents, businesses, neighborhood organizations, and the City of Cincinnati to create meaningful, lasting improvements throughout the Mt. Auburn community. By building partnerships and supporting strategic initiatives, we help turn community ideas into action while strengthening the neighborhood for current and future residents. MACDC was founded to coordinate business and housing development efforts that enhance Mt. Auburn’s long-term vitality.
Creating Spaces for Families
MACDC has helped facilitate the development of new neighborhood playgrounds, creating safe, welcoming places where children can play and families can gather. These projects improve quality of life while investing in the health and vibrancy of our community.
Shaping the Future of Mt. Auburn
As a participant in the Mayor’s BuildReady Design Competition, MACDC has helped guide conversations about thoughtful neighborhood development. Through contributing local insight and community perspectives, we support projects that reflect Mt. Auburn’s character while encouraging responsible growth.
Building Partnerships That Matter
By bringing together public agencies, nonprofit organizations, residents, or business leaders, MACDC serves as a connector that helps move important community projects forward through collaboration and shared vision.
